With an installed capacity of 100000 metric tonnes per anum, our steel slitting center is one of the most advanced in North India. Our modern machinery ensures that we meet our quality standards right from the beginning of the process of tube manufacturing.
Located in Tatarpur, Palwal, it is well connected to all major cities in North India with rail and road network. With a range from 0.60mm to 6.00mm, our slitting line can run upto a speed of 120m/min without compromising on the quality of the cuts which are a critical aspect in tube production.

TUBE MANUFACTURING

The state-of-the-art Ferron tube manufacturing plant at Bhagola, Palwal, just 20 kilometers from Faridabad, Delhi NCR has been erected with the best of technology and salient features. Based on Japanese Design (Kusakabe) and supported with a Thermatool (USA), our Tube mills ensure all scopes of customization as per the need of our customers. Offering a size range from 9.53mm OD to 76.20 mm OD, our tube mills manufacture the highest quality product with thickness ranging from 0.30 mm to 5.00 mm.

Multiple SOCO (Taiwan) cutting machines help us meet our customers demand of desired length of the tube from 50 mm to 3000 mm.
In addition to tube cutting, our facility boasts Oxygen Lancing Pipes, draw benches and straightening machines for CDW & DOM tubes, allowing us to handle non-standard sizes and shapes with ease. From tubular components to intricate sheet metal parts, our versatile processing options ensure that we can fulfill a diverse range of customer requirements.

We are proud to announce the integration of our new tube mill for Galvanized Pipe, which further enhances our production capabilities and augments our commitment to excellence. With this addition, we are poised to double our annual capacity by 2025.
